Transfer media database to BioDatA-Server #154
Description
In the long run, having the media database as an actual database hosted on a server with online access would be helpful.
Note
Implement access to information, media, and download options. Basically, some output functions for users, like downloading a file with all media for a specific database. (Could also be implemented in ..cmd_access.py)
