New theme: Forgejo Dracula Theme

I wrote a Dracula and Alucard theme for Forgejo here: https://forge.axfive.net/Taylor/forgejo-theme-dracula

This is hosted on my Forgejo forge, where it is also the default theme (using the auto-detecting light and dark mode to choose Dracula or Alucard), making it easy to sample it right there. I've kept the code samples from the template so you can look at them in the theme.

I tried to match the spec as closely as possible.

Oh, thanks! I've been using a similar looking theme but certainly prefer a true Dracula!
