FR: parse comment in obj files exported from scanniverse

I think it would be nice not to have to move the imported file from the coordinate origin to its location where it's been scanned.
Sure, GPS has errors, but it's better than nothing, and the opposite side of a street is less hassle than the origin.

I do not know how exactly these reference the file or which point/corner.

Especially if I'm puzzling together multiple scans in Blender, it'd be nice to have them vaguely arranged already, instead of all imported into the same spot. Then they'd also already be rotated all in the same direction, which I think has less of an error than GPS underground.
