Doctrine 1 ORM results should not be in Google index

Since we use a lot of the same feature names, this can lead to confusing results. For example querying for "Doctrine query language" leads me to the Doctrine 1 page.

Do we even need to generate the Doctrine 1 docs? We could put the created files into a zip file and offer them as a download.

We should be able to create a version of the website with #820 with Doctrine 1 only that we can provide as a zip file on our website and remove the build of Doctrine 1 docs completely.
