Persistent storage does not work

Any chance this can be updated to allow data persistence to work, if you try and mount the /var/lib/mysql directory, the mysql process exits immediately.

I'm trying to run this under boot2docker, and the MySQL process doesn't have permissions to write to /var/lib/mysql. It feels like something like https://github.com/dockerfile/nginx/blob/master/Dockerfile#L17 could do the trick, I'll probably verify it later.
