[BUG] Issue view moves back to top on refresh

Describe the bug
When adding labels using the inputbox of an issueview, if the app refreshes, the current issue's preview moves to the top. On long issues, this puts the inputbox off the screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the issue dashboard
2. Show the preview of a long issue
3. Start labeling with shift+L
4. Leave the label inputbox open for a few minutes until data is refreshed
5. Observe the issue returns to the top, causing the input box to be off the screen

Expected behavior
If the inputbox is open, it should probably always be shown on the screen (Though, I am sure there are other solutions).
