Ability to create measure and later apply it to one or more studies

Right now, I need to have a study when I create an agreement. This makes it somewhat cumbersome to embed DKPro Agreement in an application where the user can choose between different measures. It would be nice if one could pre-configure a set of measures which could then be applied to one or more studies instead of creating a measure based on a single study.
