support for deb822 source format

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After upgrading to Debian 13.
The notice “Some sources can be modernized. Run ‘apt modernize-sources’ to do so” appears.
Using the apt modernize-sources will convert older .list files to .sources format.

Then there will be an error showing up when cron.hourly script runs.

$ cat /var/log/droplet-agent.update.log
Waiting 733 seconds
Checking architecture support...OK
Preparing to check for update
/opt/digitalocean/droplet-agent/scripts/update.sh: line 86: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/droplet-agent.list: No such file or directory

Same issue here. Looking at the code of /opt/digitalocean/droplet-agent/scripts/update.sh, replacing this line in the deb) block of prepare()

url=$(cut -f 3 -d' ' <"/etc/apt/sources.list.d/${SVC_NAME}.list").. with

    if [ -f "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/${SVC_NAME}.sources" ]; then
      url=$(grep '^URIs:' "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/${SVC_NAME}.sources" | cut -d' ' -f2)
    elif [ -f "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/${SVC_NAME}.list" ]; then
      url=$(cut -f 3 -d' ' <"/etc/apt/sources.list.d/${SVC_NAME}.list")
    else
      abort "Could not find apt source for ${SVC_NAME}"
    fi

.. seems to fix it but I've not tested it enough to make any bold statements about it
