Please describe your feature.
I'm always frustrated when customers have to wait a long time for responses from customer support.
So I need to add ChatBot

Describe the solution you'd like
I want an AI chatbot that can provide instant responses to common customer inquiries.

Additional context
The chatbot should integrate with our existing CRM system and be able to handle multiple languages.
