Release the dhall-json with the updated aeson and text bounds

What we currently have on Hackage is a 2023 upload and is not compatible with the latest basic libs.

I think this can be closed since dhall-1.42.3 is in the latest Stackage nightly.

dhall-1.42.3 was released in 2025, not 2023. So I don't know where 2023 comes from?

By manually checking the bounds on Hackage, both the latest aeson (2.2) and text (2.1) are supported.
