@Bgfrtyyuu789 We love your dedication to the game and we will consider your proposals and weight them against the proposals we have from other players. In the mean time, we would like to propose to you to reduce the time you spend in the game and use that time to improve your grasp of the intricacies of thee English language. We understand that the English grammar and syntax are not well and strongly defined as the German or the Japanese one, but with some good will you can do wonders.

Personally i would like to see some buffs to damage resistance perks. As it stands even with my barbarian , ironclad , and lone wonderer perks maxed out i find my self always having to resort to power armor to get through fights with high level enemys. Now in general im. For the most part a solo player. So i dont rely much on the charasima group bonues. Or the junk shield perk as i dont like constantly being weighted down. My question is this. Can some buff big or small be made to the barbarien and ironclade perks. To make the defense without having to resort to power armor or junk shield alittle better?
Im also open to any other solutions or possabilities as well.

Im also having a issue where for some reason some mods i unlocked for my heavy leather armor through scrapping are not showing up in the modify armor after it just told me i unlocked them. A few being heavy leather left arm treated and studded leather.

Here is a non-bug change that Bethesda seems not to have referenced in their patch notes:

Along with derandomizing and making plans more common at vendors, another change they made was that a plethora of plans and recipes now spawn at Pleasant Valley (and probably inside Top of the World as well). Yesterday I found at each crafting station there was a plan that could be used at said station nearby or on it. Likewise, there were recipes near all the cooking stations.

It's possible that this is true throughout the game world, it was VERY noticeable at this location due to how many adjacent crafting stations there are there. Quite possibly it was more noticeable there because it's not the easiest spot to walk to? I suppose it's also true that since the patch, players weren't simply picking up every plan they see (including duplicates).

I got a LOT of free plans I didn't already own last night. It's already made me a bit more hesitant to actually go BUY the various lower-priced plans the vendors carry.
