Unify where settings are located on all platforms

Why?

So that the clickpath is similar or even the same on all platforms, making FAQ and helping users simpler.

Aspects

• Should we move Account & Password out of the profile to directly underneath the profile. (root level/ top page of settings), like it is on desktop?
• move backup options out of "Chats and Media" because its not that intuitive, move it either to top page or onto it's own dedicated page?
• use the same category icons on all platforms?

meanwhile iOS added icons and nested settings too.
also desktop recently moved the experimental settings and connectivity view to be more in sync with the other platforms.
Still I think we should discuss setting location at some gathering to make things as intuitive as possible
