No Python 3.11 wheels on PyPi

There are no wheels-files for Python 3.11 on PyPi right now.

Building the wheels by myself results in various errors (at least on Oracle Linux and in Debian Docker Containers).
The build issue is mentioned here for completeness and should not be part of this issue, but depicting the relevance.
