DId update using code assistent and worked great.

I used VSCode and a coding assistent and produced o19s/quepid#1550.

I told it something along the lines of "I need to upgrade my Rails app to Page 43. Please use the guide https://ddnexus.github.io/pagy/guides/upgrade-guide/ to perform the update.", after I had updated the gem. It needs a nudge on the extras, but did a great job on the find and replace. Admittedly, I had a pretty simple example.

Oh, and then at the end I said "Please look at this original sample page.rb and reapply customizations but don't include comments you added" so that I didn't have a pagy.rb that had comments about the upgrade.

I love the humour in pagy!
