Date range filter not applied to all dashboard charts

Description

The date range picker at the top of the analytics dashboard does not consistently filter data across all chart sections.

When changing the date range and clicking "apply", some charts continue to show data from outside the selected window.

Affected Areas

• Token Analytics charts (Token Usage Over Time, Token Distribution by Type, etc.)
• Workflow Intelligence charts (Agent Usage Distribution, Agent Activity Timeline)
• Productivity Analytics charts (Project Activity Distribution, Tool Usage Patterns, Daily Productivity Trends)

Expected Behavior

All charts should reflect only the data within the selected date range.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run npx claude-code-templates --analytics
2. Set a narrow date range (e.g., single day)
3. Click "apply"
4. Observe that charts still show data from outside the selected range
