Consider allowing blogs to specify categories/tags to import #321
Description
If a blog covers a lot of topics we can end up with non-relevant posts in the main news aggregation. If blogs could specify categories or tags to include in Discover .NET (assuming those are also communicated in the RSS) we could filter the blog to relevant content.
