Show project description in projects table

We've done work in datum-cloud/datum#179 to create a default project for new users. They have a generic display-name called 'Personal Project' which will make it hard to hard to quickly triage projects on this view in the staff portal;

The default project description includes the users first and last name which we could use in this table to make it easier to spot which user a "Personal Project" belongs to.

The annotation is kubernetes.io/description
