socrata-opendata doesn't contain any data #421
Description
The running script in https://github.com/datasets/socrata-opendata currently succeeds however when you check the contents of any .csv inside (for example https://github.com/datasets/socrata-opendata/blob/main/datasets/Business/45s-dgb/data/45s-dgb.csv) all of them have 0 bytes. Looking into the commit history shows that there was never any data present in the repo in the first place.
