taking forever to load and sometimes will never load the sub data in the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click device settings to add it in the top menu.
2. Click on the device settings tab at top
3. Watch it spin a loading icon forever.

Expected behavior
Loads the data\option within the app.

This looks to be related to company blocking ports and web addresses. Adding to this, I do not see a form listing all the addresses and ports the server app uses (needed for cyber network security to allow them all). Example:

it is possible that the request to fetch the latest settings could be blocked depending on the network setup. However, if the request fails, the UI should still be presented with the latest settings that the application is aware of.

What may be happening in this scenario is that communication is interrupted or failing with the local application server. The two most common scenarios would be:

1. The server port is reserved/locked by the OS or currently in use
   • Starting with Scan2Deploy Studio v2.5.0, there is a settings option to automatically search for the first available port. Alternatively, you can disable that option and set the port configuration to ones that are known to be available.
2. Changing Wi-Fi networks right before the request
   • The communication on localhost can sometimes be delayed after network changes for the host PC. Usually communication is restored within 30 seconds, but could take slightly longer.
