Add .NET types and examples for returning status from a pub/sub message

Describe the proposal

The .NET SDK is missing first class support for the response part of pub/sub as well as examples.

We should create some samples and possibly add types for the status/response part of this contract as documented here https://docs.dapr.io/reference/api/pubsub_api/#expected-http-response
