Broken Go SDK link in supported SDKs table redirects to 404

Describe the issue
The workflow overview page contains a table of supported SDKs. The link for the Go package redirects to a non-existing page/file.

Expected content
The Go SDK link should point to a valid file, package, or package summary page within the dapr/go-sdk repository.
