Update publishing to PyPi using a trusted publisher per @CodyCBakerPhD's recommendation.

I think someone should first try/practice this , and then adopt throughout dandi pypi organization uniformly. Overall it would be nice to unify all release workflows we use where we release with auto, and concentrate differences within .autorc , so shouldn't be specific to dandi-schema.
