Spaces not renaming; still `Desktop <#>` on Intel with Sequoia 15.7

Describe the bug
I'm opening a new issue because it appears all the existing ones are for Apple silicon. MacForge and SpacesRenamer are both running (the menu button for SR opens the names dialog), I click "Update Names" and the dialog closes, but desktops are still not renamed and have the native "Desktop 1" labels.

Versions

1. MySIMBL version - MacForge 1.1.0 ("Check for updates..." says that's the most recent)
2. Spaces Renamer version - 1.11.1
3. MacOS version - Sequoia 15.7 (on 15-inch 2018 MBP with 6-core Intel i7)

Have you tried killing and restarting the Dock, i.e. sudo killall -9 Dock? I'm on Sequoia 15.7.4 (24G517) on a 2021 14-inch M1 Macbook Pro, and after a reboot I only see the custom labels for spaces after killing and restarting the Dock.

Just fyi, I'm on Spaces Renamer v1.11.1, MacForge v1.2.2 (the one recommended in the README for this repo for M1 macs).
