Self generated thumbnails (EnableGalleryShellThumbnail) don't respect ICC color profile (Display P3) (AVIF)

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

1. Set "EnableGalleryShellThumbnail" to false and clear thumbnail cache
2. Open an sRGB/P3 Image (like the attached one) and let it generate the thumbnail

2️⃣ Actual behavior

The thumbnail and the full image have different color tints.

3️⃣ Expected behavior

The Thumbnail should have the same colors as the original, only at lower resolution

I was forced to zip the original since github doesn't allow .avif files

Thumbnails currently does not support color management for quick generation. I may add a setting
