Wrong number of items in: Error

I am occasionally seeing this 'wrong number of items in' error pop up. Any idea what causes it and perhaps how to stop it?

This is caused by the title of the episode "Episode 7 - "Convergence " | The Last of Us Podcast, Season 2". It has a pipe character in it. I need to review my code to see if I can handle that. May take some time.
