ASCR Clean Boundary

ASCR is a clean sibling project to CtxGov.

Allowed

  • Open schema definitions.
  • Public-safe sample artifacts.
  • Standard-library validation tools.
  • Crosswalk notes that map public framework concepts to ASCR fields.
  • Links to CtxGov as an evidence/report-shape example.

Not Allowed

  • Private CtxGov traces, fixtures, receipts, or absolute local paths.
  • Claims of public standard stability.
  • Claims that ASCR is adopted by external projects.
  • Public benchmark, security, provider/model compatibility, package, hosted-runtime, live-adapter, or production deployment claims.
  • Provider/model calls, memory-backend writes, package publication, external target writes, or outreach as part of this repo bootstrap.

Boundary Rule

CtxGov can publish ASCR-aligned evidence. ASCR defines framework-neutral contracts and validation tools. Neither project should rely on private state in the other to make public claims.
