No connection to Mosquitto Mqtt possible -> timeout

Dear all,

after updating, mqtt service cannot be connected any more, neither internally (node-red/Zigbee2Mqtt) nor externally (e.g. MQTTool). Log:
mqtt_1 | 0: New connection from 172.19.0.2 on port 1883.
mqtt_1 | 0: Client has exceeded timeout, disconnecting.

And yes: allow_anonymous true
Other hints from similar "issues" already tried out.

Can anyone help out?

Works for me with this additional entries:
per_listener_settings false
allow_anonymous true
listener 1883 0.0.0.0
