can not build

build with go version 1.11

then I got this errror

go build github.com/crewjam/go-xmlsec: invalid flag in #cgo CFLAGS: -UXMLSEC_CRYPTO_DYNAMIC_LOADING

Temp fix:
export CGO_CFLAGS_ALLOW=".*"

I removed all the CFLAGS and LDFLAGS and only added this:
// #cgo pkg-config: xmlsec1-openssl
