Breaking change in TracerBispectrumMultipoleObservable

Hi, I was checking an older script that fit the bispectrum and it seems that the older version here https://github.com/cosmodesi/desilike/blob/bispectrum/desilike/observables/galaxy_clustering/bispectrum.py knew how to manage when covariances were provided as a list of mocks, while the recent main version does not. This seems important to jointly fit two observables taking into account the cross correlation so I wonder if this was intentional or it can be reimplemented (if so I can do it checking the older version)

Hi @dforero0896, this is intentional. lsstypes should now be used to build covariance matrices for mocks, and then be passed to ObservablesGaussianLikelihood
