Fix frontend styling fallout from Berlin sprint #2
Description
In the Berlin sprint we've switched to a new frontend, based on ploneintranet.theme patternslib loaded via plonesocial.core. This creates some detail issues in the suite frontend that have to be resolved, for example:
- missing "attachment" icon
- misaligned "visibility: everyone" toggle menu
