Description
As of March 2024, everything still works.
Two things to watch out for:
- Invoices for accounts in recovery will still go through on the original account.
- After cancelling all the subscriptions on the old account, this could lead to some confusion for customers in some cases: if a user clicks the 'Manage Subscription' button from a previous payment/invoice confirmation email, it will take them to the old account and show that the subscription has been "Cancelled" on their portal. A way to deal with that is to deactivate link for customer portal in Stripe on the old account. (Settings > Billing > Portal > Launch customer portal with a link > Deactivate link
It would be useful to add this note to the readme.
