Hello, would it be possible to add docker mail server or a similar service to create an IMAP/SMTP mail server on coolify?

If this helps anyone integrate DMS with Coolify, I already have a working compose.yml running on my Coolify instance. I have no idea how to adapt it to Coolify, so I'll leave it to someone else. 😅

For TLS to work with traefik, you need to create a container that uses the same FQDN as the mail server (in this case whoami) :

I would love to see it because there already is a service that has the potential to be used in the future with own SMTP server - Unsend.dev and already has a service image integrated in the Coolify. If there is an SMTP feature in the future, we have our own self-hosted Resend in the Coolify!
I have contacted the owner of the Unsend.dev and since it's still an alfa version, he does not have time to implement it now. But that does not mean it's not going to be there in the future!

If anyone is still interested in deploying a mail server using Coolify, I highly recommend checking out this tutorial: Setting up Stalwart on Coolify. It worked perfectly for me.

Stalwart recently updated to v0.16.x and refactored practically everything, making Aldert Vaandering's tutorial useless unless you want to stay on an unsupported version.

If anyone has succeeded in deploying the new version with Coolify and gotten it to work properly, please do share details! I'm having a hard time getting it to work with Coolify and Traefik even with Stalwart's official documentation and countless attempts.

PS: I think this would be a good opportunity for someone to step up and push for a proper Stalwart service template in Coolify.
