[Question]: Incomplete PCN Dataset

I had tried installing the PCN dataset provided in the link but when I unzipped it had the following files missing:
PCN.json
category.txt
Please provide me with suggestions on how to install the complete dataset

Those files should be identical to the ones available here.
@wangyuqing0424 we can add them to the repo as well.
