剛剛研究了一下 目前外面沒有把issue tracking system專門做給非軟體開發的使用的軟體 這樣可能就得

1. 自己用別的方法達成 模仿issue tracking system的樣子
2. 開發一個issue tracking system這我覺得有點難度 但是會是很有潛力跟前景的專案
3. 找一個issue tracking system 然後嘗試修修改改
4. 用github? @wi1d5ky 你跟我提過 可以解釋一下這能怎麼運作嗎

GitHub 有提供 API，但還是需要使用者有 GitHub 帳號
我的想法是使用 parse 來當作資料庫，來做一個類似 issue tracking system 的東西，細節我還沒有去想，不過概念大概就是留言板的複雜一點吧

或者就是 issue track 的部份丟給 GitHub API，該事件的後續都丟給 GitHub issue 這邊的 comment 功能，至於使用者的回應則直接使用 disqus 之類的
