An offline first, self hostable note taking application

Anchor focuses on speed, privacy, simplicity, and reliability across mobile and web. Notes are stored locally, editable offline, and synced across devices when online.

The anchor script is ready for testing:

The first user to register becomes the admin.
OIDC can be configured via environment variables in /opt/anchor/.env or the admin panel.

Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
