Attribute translate is not allowed in type array

According to the types.xsd the type array is not allowed to have the attribute translate.

Hi @kamephis, can you submit a PR for this, by chance? If not, no worries. I can seek someone on our end to look. Thanks for submitting. Really sorry it's been dormant for so long. I will try to get to these issues and PRs much, much more quickly in the future.
