Add test project where @collagejs/imo is used outside the confines of CollageJS

Motivation

The current development project is set up to:

1. Produce the correct output when building.
2. Display a web page in serve mode that always shows IMO (as if its local storage trigger was always set).

With a sub-project to test what the README states on how it is used "by hand", the resulting NPM package can be tested easily.
