Hi, while we don't have access to CUDA13 GPUs to test this, since PyG doesn't seem to have support for PyTorch 2.9 nor CUDA 13, it may be difficult to set up an environment for this project until those respective packages are released.

I've found a version that could support RTX5070ti(sm_120).

CUDA12.8!!!

But I wonder that if there is any pip conflit?

This should work. I've used torch==2.7.1 with a corresponding PyG version before without issues which is CUDA12.8 compatible (though this was on different hardware: ROCm). You'll likely just need to adjust the torch dependencies.
