CLAUDE.md file and project context

I'd like to know how claude code can be given project context properly if the CLAUDE.md file is entirely given over to Archon. The archon instructions are very clear on replacing CLAUDE.md in my projects with the ruleset provided (for obvious reasons). So, my question is:

How can I provide claude with proper context of my project as it exists right now, if this critical file is given over to Archon? What is the best way to provide both the ruleset for Archon, and provide information about the project claude is working with?
