Example: using the devcontainers plugin with coder plugin

Provide a code snippet of how the devcontainers plugin and Coder plugin can work together. Several use cases come to mind:

• Add an "Or Open in VS Code Local" as a part of a custom Coder workspaces card for catalog items that are devcontainer compatible
• Only render the Coder card if the catalog item is devcontainer-compatible and hardcode the devcontainer template as the compatible template for the filter
