Subtitles not saved

Hello, I have a large collection of anime with hardcoded subtitles (baked in video). I love how your project actually can compress the videos down so much from 1.4GB to 130MB thats insane. But when this is done all of the subtitles are erased even when "keep subtitles" is selected.
