Create a CSV export of registered users on the site.

Send a regularly updated list of registered people so that Laura can contact them. This could be a password protected URL on the website, or it could be a report that is generated and emailed to her on a monthly basis.

She puts this into an access database that she uses for other reporting.

So far, we've just been doing this:
