Can't have multiple repos workspace

This only works when the repo or folder in workspace is the most recent (or single)

To reproduce:

1. Add your codacy linked working repo.
2. Add another that isn't linked, or several
3. Enable codacy
4. Go to where it says codacy cloud in the tab and it will say to Add organization (because it wants to link to the most recently added)

To fix, there needs to be a settings option which you can edit the organization this links to.
