can I use UKOGs profile for v.0.7.315 version for this one or do I need to change something? I wanna give the newer versions another try with his settings and give feedback. Maybe that preset could be included in the default presets that can be chosen?

Yes presets for v.0.7.315 should work the same in the latest version (v0.7.350).
I will make better default presets in a future version that incorporate some of the elements of profiles from Gamer Muscle, UKOG, and others.

Correction: actually it seems there was one breaking change to the Smart Hands Off Protection effect. With version 0.7.315 it at least worked on GT3s (just setting it at 10% was enough). Now it is not working anymore, next version should fix that.
