Session Title: The Future of STAC

Space Requirements:
A room for open round table discussions, no need to a projector, I think.

Session Description:
We'll discuss the future of STAC. What do people need, what should be priorities, where should we be heading? An open discussion forum for everyone interested in STAC.

Context: The STAC PSC was recently reshuffled and with new heads, we'd like to understand where the community is heading and what it wants the PSC to prioritize.

Not sure. (What's the number of CNG participants?)
