Continuously test the tutorials

We need a way to continuously test the tutorials. Currently, these are in jupyter notebooks which are not ideal for this task, the infrastructure needed to achieve this with jupyter notebooks is not trivial. An alternative is using marimo notebooks instead.

This issue is generated to keep track of efforts along this way.
