Suppression of one equation #2

Description

@lpatiny

In the carbonate example when we suppress one of the reaction the result is wrong.

If I suppress H2CO3 reaction there is still H2CO3 as an entity and it displays some concentration.

More problematic I think is that when we remove the equation HCO3- to CO3-- we should not have the entity CO3-- anymore. This means that the reaction H2CO3 goes to HCO3- + H+ and not to CO3-- + 2 H+ (as currently if I understood well).
