Querying multiple compounds

Hi there,

Thank you for this great resource! Just a couple questions. I'm running locally using the Docker image, and wondering if it's possible to query multiple compounds at once? If not, would you recommend using a Bash script for this? Also, are SMILES the only accepted input format?
