Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://tools-git-develop-chaynhq.vercel.app/letter-generator' Supporting Questions
2. Click on '.microphone icon against each question'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

The microphone icon switches to a mute microphone icon when you click on it to record an answer to the question via voice. The expected behaviour is that it clicks to an 'unmute' icon
