redfishpower: output verbose info to stderr #144
Description
curl outputs verbose info to stderr by default, but the verbose "debug" stuff in redfishpower outputs to stdout
For the time being, this is necessary b/c powerman -T will only output stdout stuffs. But once we can forward stderr to powerman for telemetry output (or outputting errors in general) we should adjust.
